Welcome! to the website promoting attorney, author, and speaker, Antony Barone Kolenc. 

Tony is an Assistant Professor of Law at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he currently teaches Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Evidence.  He also writes a monthly legal column for homeschooling families in The Old Schoolhouse Magazine.  

In 2012, he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force after more than 21 years of military service.  During his legal career, Tony has litigated federal civil and criminal cases, and has argued important issues of constitutional law before military and civilian appellate courts.  His research and writing have focused on constitutional law, as well as military and national policy.  He has also taught several undergraduate legal courses and has published and practiced in the area of military policy, including the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law.  This site provides details about his professional activities, a sampling of his writings, and information on his historical fiction series, The Chronicles of Xan.
